No you don't mate...
I hope Nat's ok now, best wishes.
Perhaps name and shame is in order here... just a thought.

Yep very much so
Because I am too busy to look into how to deal with this, I shall leave it in the hands of the gods who, given your driving style, will probably soon take your life for you. You complete and utter w****r. Thankyou for doing what you did. And thanks for making my missus so upset that she had to pull over and stop driving due to the shock of your actions. Hero status for you.

I am very tempted to say what happened so here is a simple breakdown...
Nat-cut up at speed...very dangerously and without due care and attention Fiesta brakes VS 4-pots on a UK scoob, as you can visualise the outcome.
Skid, bang into curb, swerve, panic, nearly spin......shake...cry.....scared to drive now.
Nuff said? Its more than that, but given Nats reaction at the time she was angry and tried to follow but shock took over and she pulled over. Sadly the bloke got away. Had Nat of been in my scoob she would of caught him no worries...and probably done nothing or got a slap from him. So for that I am glad she did nowt.
Prized proper ****. My mobile no is 0774 898 1594. Please call me if you know this bloke, or call me if you are the bloke and read this. I have no objections on giving you my address and asking you round for a cup of tea and a good pasty. SORRY. PASTING

Time to name and shame the car concerned. If the owner reads this board they should know how annoyed you are by now and send you an e-mail apology explaining their actions. If they don't read this board then they need a visit from a couple of people to discuss their driving style - publish the full number Ronnie and let others on the BBS keep an eye out for this car. Anyone who intimidates a woman in any way, particularly whilst she is in a car needs a good slapping

What ever has gone on sounds pretty s*it to do to a loan lady in a car so there are 2 options.
1: Name and shame the scum to make his life a misery
2: Let the police deal with it you have got his reg.
This dick in the silver Subaru is the reason why insurance is through the roof and cars like the Scooby get a bad rep and bad press. I hope your good lady is ok and you get things sorted.
Darren.

Ronnie, will probably answer himself, but in his absense.. for legal reasons details won't be posted.
But after speaking to Ronnie last night, all I can say is avoid driving anywhere near this loonatic.

Not wishing to fuel the anger too much, I think I've come across this car on the A30 too!!
I think I recognise the number plate, and to say that he wanted to race was an understatement!!
I guess him seeing another MY99 silver Scoob must have made him have a go (and don't think my Prodrive wing helped!!) He is a ****, and best left to his own devices.
He's one scooby I will be waving at, but with some of my fingers down!!
Needless to say, that moving over to the slow lane, and going below the speed limit soon stopped it. Amazing how quickly someone like that can get bored with tailgating!

Have you thought about trying to get in touch with the DVLC? If you fill in the V888 form and tell me them that he caused your car to be damaged (which it may well have been when it clipped the kerb, I don't know) they should be able to send you the details of the owner...

Sorry to hear about the incident. If I think about that happening to my wife if she's out driving it makes me very !
If you have the number, definitely take it up with the police.
BUT...let's not use this BBS for naming and shaming. The part of the plate that Ronaldo posted is enough for someone to be able to tell that it's the same tw@t if they come across him. To do more is to be seen to be inciting some kind of vigilante action, which gets scary.

I'm not suggesting that anyone here was advocating vigilante action (though a suggestion of "a visit from a couple of people" comes close). Just that posting registration plates of "offenders" may give the impression that the BBS is being used for that.
