Like many others I was shocked by the news of Colin's untimely and tragic death.

I happened to be in Edinburgh at the time and decided to visit the Sporting Scotland exhibiton and Scottish Sports Hall of Fame, both of which are within the Museum of Scotland, as I felt it would be an appropriate place to pay my respects and remind myself of his achievements.

However, I was deeply saddened to see there was nothing about him at all.

I now realise that to be inducted in the Hall of Fame it is down to online voting. So I believe we should all try our best to get him inducted now. He should have been there while alive of course.

Selection criteria...

"A person who has been retired from top level participation for five years or more. " so unfourtunately Colin may not qualify for a while, although they mave waive that for obvious special reasons.
