You'll need a free flowing exhaust, preferably decat and 3" but 2.5" catted is okay. Panel filter, K&N or Green will be fine. Induction kt would be better but the panel filter will be fine at that level. An uprated fuel pump. Id recomend a TD05 18 g turbocharger.

Some say 350 is possible on the VF30 but in reality it isnt. An 18g will provide great spool and response and will genuinely deliver the results youre looking for.

This little lot will need mapping too.

With Methanol maybe, other than that its not a real world 350bhp. To do it using a VF35 you'll have to mess about with headers to get even near. The 18g will give a genuine 350bhp without all the other trimmings and work perfectly.

In reality the VF35 cant flow enough air to make those figures.

Default 340 bhp, going on 440 bhp ?

TSL catted exhaust, up-rated fuel pump, Hyperflow intercooler and a re-map by Tracktive, care of Richard Bulmer = 340 bhp and it pulls like a train... just keep a re-circ dump valve on it ! ! !

As said, 350 will be a push. If you're not that fussed about numbers, you can get circa 330 without changing the turbo.

But i can vouch for what Frayz says, the 18g Turbo is excellent!

Probably best if you post your budget. That will dictate where you can go mod-wise.

I'd definitely want some braking and handling mods at that level.

3" exhaust system catted to avoid MOT time problems, uprated headers, uprated panel filter, uprated fuel pump and a good remap. Well thats what I've been told by a well known tuner and should be good for approx 340-350bhp and similar torque figures. Cost approx £2500.

As the saying goes there are many ways to skin a cat, just does depend on where you plan to go after that .

Don't shoot me just passing on the info.

Wolfie.
