Guide for changing cambelt ?
Two things any guide won't tell you:
One: how to undo the crank bolt (normal thread). Nut runner or a long arm against the passenger's side chassis rail with assistance from the starter motor.
Two; double checking the timing/belt alignment using an old car door mirror glass, if your paying attention, its quite easy to get it one tooth out once its been tensioned.

How do I undo the crank bolt with the engine out then ? Special tool or something ?
In hindsight...next time undo the crank pulley with the engine in the car connected to the gearbox, handbrake on hard, 5th/4th gear and a LONG breaker bar.
Otherwise your only hope with teh engine out is decent impact wrench, or find something to jam the flywheel so you can use the breaker bar.

Its only marginally easier to remove the pulley with the engine in - that's all....its easier to replace and time up the belt with the engine out. So its a no win situation.
Find someone with an impact wrench if your truely stuck.
