Evening all,

got home tonight to find a renewal letter for the Subaru Warranty. The car'll be 3yr old 15th Jan, and runs out then.

I'm wondering what the thoughts are on taking out cover for a further 1 or 2 years, at a cost of £256 & £388 respectively.

Any feedback on the following greatly appreciated:

Is it worth it?

Is a clutch claim a formality? The judder seems to have improved of late (never really that bad), expected it to be worse in cold weather. I am worried about forking out for this in future though.

What sort of mileages have any of you claimed for clutches?

How do I stand with mods ie Scoobysport BB?

Can I take out 1 years cover just now, then more in a years time? Getting married in June - don't know if we'll have enough money to keep etc.

Think that's all for now. Getting set of Toyos fitted tomorrow, £85 each, an insurance out next month. Money, money, money.....

Cheers,

Mike.

Thanks Paul,

anyone else got any thoughts or experiences?

I'm off down to see the rest of Morse now.

Mike.
