Phillips Rally Bulbs
Anyone used them?

Do you need to upgrade wiring/loom, or just plug n' play?
Would there be any improvement over +50% bulbs?

I've gone through masses of bulbs in the past (literally!) and I've generally found that the good quality +50% style bulbs from good manufacturers (Phillips, ring etc) are the best, unless you happen (overseas, never found them here) to get higher voltage and +50% as well (got some from Japan for mine).
PIAA have a good rep' for light, but a bad one for longevity! And they are b**dy expensive!
