seen these stickers to change your badge blue.
been looking for a proper one but they 30 quid

You can get a proper grille badge from Scoobyparts for £12, in Blue or Pink

You could always paint your existing badge? Carefully prise it from the grille, sand the back using fine emery paper until the black background is removed leaving the silver stars. Then paint the rear using blue modelling paint and once dry stick it back onto the grille usin silicone sealant or similar. Simple and cheap.

I bought one of these badges (Sticker) myself off ebay and was quite pleased with it (considering it was a fiver!), good quality and looks nice, you can hardly tell it's just a sticker over the top of the original badge.
i'll post a pic if you want when i have time.

have u actually done this? as i have a hawkeye with the dark blue badge and want it pink but am too scared to try n pull it off!! scooby parts dont do it for the hawkeye or i'd buy one!
