P1 Lip Spoiler
Just perusing the Prodrive website and now note that they sell P1 Lip Spoilers which knowing the trouble I had to go to to get mine a few years back is quite amusing 
Does raise a question though as it says "Fits all Impreza 93-01 MY except Prodrive style models" - does it? I've not seen one on a non-facelift classic bumper unless anyone can show otherwise?
