I have just removed a double din head unit from my sti type r! now there is a huge gap! wot can i do to fill this space! and were from?

 

you can stick a small shelf/cubby hole in there that is single din size

or alternatively subaru did a smart 1din pocket with a closing front. I think they were originally for the forrester but fit the impreza fine. Pop up on the for sale forum here every now and then but im not sure if you can still get them from the dealers.

had the same problem in my evo so fitted 3 gauges into a sheet of ali cu to din size and sprayed it black. it looks mint and iv had offers of good money for it but i wont sell it. looks uber cool.. il get some snaps up of it soon.
