satnav antena question

Default satnav antena question

i have a MY00 classic wagon and am thinking of buying a tomtom one. do i need one of the extra antenas? or will the signal be ok?

thanks guys i know nothing about satnav!

It will be perfectly alright. You only have an issue in vehicles with a vertical windscreen (lorries for eg) or with athermic windscreens (which Subarus dont have).

if you do buy one and have issues, I have a nearly new external antenna you can have cheap

Is that for any TomTom? Ive been meaning to buy a TomTom One (I think) and an external aerial would be useful.

Ive been meaning to ask you where you bought the TT that we used on the rally too?

ile sell you the tomtom i have if you want it simon, as I think im going to get the roadangel one instead

the ariel came from the company keith works for, its their product that they sell.
