BEWARE - buyclutch.com
Guys,
buyclutch.com and trade on ebay as shozone
Whatever you do, don't even bother contacting these guys over a clutch. There customer services is utterly appalling.
I bought a clutch from them just before Christmas and got it shipped to the UK. Took it to my local Honda garage to be fitted and it was the wrong bloody kit. After a few searches on the internet, I found out that they had sent me a suzuki Swift 1.3 clutch in an S2000 clutch box. Needless to say, the Swift clutch is pretty much worthless compared to an S2000 clutch.
I contacted them and they ignored my emails. Went to bidpay who didn't have much luck. So here I am, warning you all about this company.
I now have a clutch that is useless and they won't exchange it for me!!!!
DONT EVEN TOUCH THEM!
Hope this steers a few people away from them!
Nick.

Could I ask why you didn't buy from a Honda Dealer or from a local Motor Manufacturer?
They 'may' have had a S2000 returned for refund and then sent the same out to you - unknowingly?
Of course, to not respond to you indicates a 'don't care' attitude and makes you think that they committed the fraud.
It's a nightmare from a suppliers point of view isn't it? There are people out there who would get an item and then swap something cheap in its place and send it back!
A case in point, I bought a NavMan F20 from ARGOS .... it did not have a Map Memory Card in the box - so, it was useless! Took it back and they refunded me - but, someone had probably bought it and taken the card out then returned it! There are some really nasty people out there, go easy!

Good point, hadn't thought of that?
But to ignore my emails? Also, all parts should be checked by the supplier prior to shipment, especially if the part is going overseas!
Honda dealer was £250 more, motor factors around £150 more. It made finacial sense to purchase from this company. Wish I hadn't now!
I did tell them in an email that if I got no satisfactory response that I would post up details of what has happened on a number of boards.

You have my sympathy mate - I do tend to be risk everse, so would not order expensive stuff from abroad if it seems justs too cheap.
Not sure what you can do, bar splash their name all over as you are doing .... but, I guess they will trade under another name soon enough

Thaks for the support PSLewis!
I've emailed them hyper links to all of the boards I have posted on. I'll continue to post new threads up on new forums and email them links until I get a satisfactory response from them!
