Angry help im going into panic mode!

Guys hopefully an easy one, car is running rough since replacing boost hose at the weekend, have checked all boost hoses/vacuum pipes etc, have also checked MAF and coil packs, I removed a spark plug and found the centre core to be pink/redish colour, i have been running 1.2 bar for the last 6 months on these plugs they are the pf6 ones, if it's these why the sudden problems with the car? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I need the car for work and my daily commute!
I have also been told it could be a bent valve

dont see why it would be a bent valve from just replacing the boost hose. What hose exactly have you changed, Intercooler?boost soloniod?waste gate control? And what year/model do you have?

I seem to remember that plug colour etc is irrelevant these days and is dependant on the fuel and additives etc...

I bet you're using octane booster, which will be tha cause of the reddening of the plugs. If they're individual coil packs on an earlier car they do often play up when they've been disturbed.

Replaced the Turbo inlet pipe, car is a 1995 JDM WRX with 2.2L stroker engine (all forged) 90 degree inlet pipe to turbo was slowly falling apart, car was fine before fitting, left overnight with bonnet half open, engine got very wet ran like crap next morning (water in HKS) but got a bit better as it dried out, sounds like it's running on 3 now but as you unplug each coilpack it runs worst so they must be o.k right ? unplugged MAF and it cut's out straight away! im thinking it could be the plugs but seems a bit sudden though!

After a bit or reasearch it appears the red is due to additives!
