New car!....advise needed
I am now a proud owner of my first Impreza! A turbo classic with the PPP fitted
As a new owner i need advise on the following
How long should i leave the engine running for before i turn the ignition off?
Also how long should i warm the engine up before pulling off?
Also what oil and coolant do you recommend??
Cheers!

Oil - do a search you will find plenty to read!!
Let engine idle for 1 minute if you have given her a good work out ... no need to do anything if you have idled the last couple of miles.
Do NOT let the car warm up stationary - allow the OIL to get hot before opening her up (maybe 10 miles in cold winter weather).
Coolant? Well whatever Subaru recommend ... same as the Oil really!

Select which Specification you want your Oil to meet (I suggest that the minimum spec be the one stated in your handbook) - if the Oil meets that standard then the name on the front means nothing apart from how much you will be paying.
Like I said, do a search on Oil - it has been done to death and I'm not going to start a new 'What Type Of Oil' here
