Another happy WHITELINE customer !!!!
Hello all, i fitted a Whiteline 22mm ajustable rear antiroll bar yesterday and alloy rear droplinks. And wow the difference is massive to both turn in and actual cornering control ! Also i have already had the tail out and nearly full opposite lock on going round a wet roundabout at only 20mph'ish. All i done was lift off abit an there it went west ha ha ! Its only on the softest setting too, i cant imagine what it wiil be like on the harder settings. Feels like it would go round corners at any speed now, if your brave enough like !!!! I done this mod on recomendation from all you lot so thanx alot guys !

Are you crazy? It shouldn't do that, not unless you are driving on ice anyway. I would take it to a garage and get it checked over - you are lacking grip at the back.

Yes its fitted correctly as per the drawrings on instructions. I dont know my geometry setting as iv never had them checked. I think the tail out stuff is down to the crap tyres iv got on rear at the mo. Goodyear f1's up front, and crappy federals at rear. So much front end grip, but nowt at the rear. Must be the tyres. Can anyone post pics up of theres fitted right ? Just so i can make sure, as i dont know how to post pics up.

To be honest i didnt realise the rear tyres were that bad when it had the OE ARB on, but the new ARB has defo showd em up to be what they are cheap crap tyres which the last owner of the rims had skimped on. They are nearly new too so just goes to show how bad cheap tyres can be. Two new f1's fitted on rear asap me thinks,i bet the diference will be huge.

I have a Whiteline ARB, steel droplinks, Prodrive springs and geometry settings- excellent (ARB on the stiffest setting, of course ).
Whiteline themselves say the softest setting is similar to the Subaru plasticene bendy ARB.
Also had 3 different brands of tyres on the car when i first bought it - feckin' hell, was it lethal !! Tail out 3 times in a month, without going too daft !!
Toyo T1Rs fitted - now the grippy Impreza I expected !

Tyres are the most influential part of the chassis!
Grip/steering/brakes/comfort/confidence/safety!
Try middle hole for sure, align it right (might as well get ALK fitted first) by someone who really knows what they are doing.
THEN you will have a neutral ish car as sideways @ 20 seems daft to me.
At 60 would be better as driven at 50 the car will be much much faster.
Sideways is slower.
