leave the engine running on normally aspirated cars when they are not driving their Scoobies?

My dad has MY00 today and I have his 206 GTI (feels like your sitting on it rather than in it!!, although it was quite quick ) anyway, I got to work and left the engine running for just over a minute duh!

I assume that you work at a motorway service station then? :-)
