Currently got some Bridgestone Pontenza 225/45/r17s on my05 STI what are the correct pressures to be running on, also these tyres seem to tram line all the grooves in the road, so any idea's of other makes which may be better?

 

are they REO70s? if so then that is just a trait they have, if you dont want em il have em i want a set for mine!
