I know a guy who used to make modes for film, did a lot of the James Bond cars and planes + Aliens, etc. I will see if i still have his card.
It will not be cheap to get a professional to do this, likely to charge £ 300.00+ per day and could take several days if scratch built, even kit based you could be looking at 2-3 days to modify an exisitng kit and paint it.
Maybe you would be better spending it on something for his car?
