Whats the difference between 2 bolt fixing coilpacks and single bolt fixing coilpacks, ive got single bolt fixing coilpacks on my 93 wrx now, and they have cracked and need replacing, however ive got a set of spare coilpacks also removed from a 93 wrx but they are 2 bolt fixing, can these still fit my car?many thanks

i think it might be something to do with the difference between early legacy ones and impreza ones, but would like to know more if anyone knows?

 

ive searched everywhere about them and cant find a single thing! they definately came off a 1993 wrx but the car was abit strange as it has a vf10 turbo on it and no oil cooler behind the oil filter, apart from that it looked very standard...

 

I think you've answered your own question really.

I would say that you need single bolt coil packs. AFAIK there wont be an extra bolt hole in the heads.
