Default Build my Scoob

Alright guys, I'm just doing this for fun, so did get on my back about how silly it is or anything like that, if u don't want to participate you don't have to...Ok, I live in the U.S. and I have an 07' 2.5i impreza...this is the Naturally Aspirated 175 HP 5spd. baseline model. No mods have been made. If u choose to participate in this thread I pose the question to you..." If u had $3000 (u have to use the money towards the car) and my car, what mods would YOU make? So post what YOU would do with the money. Again this is just for fun.

07' 2.5i Impreza w/$3000 free dollars (About £1500), have at it:

I think you may need a few more £ to bolt a turbo to a N/A.

Second that. Whiteline goodies (ARB, ALK etc), and possibly coilovers.

You don't have the straight line speed, so get the cornering sorted and the confidence/skill to do it.

Brake pads/hoses to if you can stretch that far.

Personally, i would take the car for what it is. Leave it standard, put that money left over towards a STi/WRX-savings-account.

Sell your car and use the money to buy a turbo version, then use the left over money for petrol..... you will need it.

Eaton M62 or find a screw blower off a knackered Mazda. Intercooler or legacy chargecooler setup to avoid too much air ductwork and faffing around with the front end.
Remap and run on higher octane petrol only. Ditch the odd cat. if you can.

Suspension... ALK or Noltecs etc. Whiteline front and rear ARBs to keep it flatter maybe. 4 wheel alignment with camber bolts to get the right angles.
