Go to your paypal acount and report the matter. The seller will have to provide paypal with a tracking number as proof he posted. If he cannot do this you will be refunded. Time to name and shame I think.......

claim the matter through paypal, they will open a dispute file, if the other side does not cooperate they will give you back the money

I think Paypal covers you for £500... However, the process to claim back from Paypal seems very long winded!

I you pay with a reputable credit card you may also be covered for the refund of a non receipt item.

problem is if you win a paypal claim it costs you £15 pounds so he would end up with £8,
and if you payed with credit card through paypal dont think thats gonna help you as effectively when you agree to paypal terms, claiming on your credit card will not be valid
i no this isnt wot you wanted to hear but you did ask, best to name and shame, mare detailes the better

I have met her at one of the Dorset meets, I'm sure there is a simple explanation, she didn't seem the type to rip someone off
