dulux gloss paint on my seat ARGHHHH

somehow have managed to get some paint on the back of my drivers seat in my my01wrx, anybody know anything that would remove this without damaging the cloth?

i don't know what sort of cloth your seats have, but paint thinner would be too harsh, i suppose?

I found that methylated spirits cleans both my cars seats when they have some stubborn dirt and has never harmed the seats.

Just a suggestion.

if its water bsed paint then soapy water will do it.If its oil then sorry mate but you are stufed.Try meths as already suggested if not get an expert valet bloke to sort it.

As a pro. deccy(!?) I can suggest you try cellulose thinners. Try a bit on a hidden area to see if it may damage the cloth, if it's okay then gently soften the paint by dabbing it- don't use a circular motion cos you'll just rub it in more!

p.s I shall not be held responsible if the above doesn't work or your car explodes when you light a *** in it!!!

Don't know where you'll get it but Amyl Acetate should do the job

PS stinks of pear drops so ventilate for a few hours after using it!!
