Is the engine the same as the Impreza and is it possible to get the same kind of performance gains from a remap? If so which remap?

I seem to remember some of the 2.0 Foresters had some limitiations due to turbo size.

 

I have a 2.5XT Forrester, which has been prodrived. Before the prodrive performance very similar to bugeye WRX I had before. Increase of only around 30 bhp, but increased torque transforms car. Am sure lots of others on site will guide you towards cheaper/different/better options- you make your own choices with warranty.
