38k for 01 Turbo or 22p for 97 Ron Super?

Just got an indicated price of around 38k GBP equivalent for a new 01 Impreza Turbo (WRX under new naming system) from the local importer, thanks to 180 to 300% import duties, but the redeeming factor for such a government rip-off is 97 Ron Super petrol at around 22p per litre. Any one want to trade places?
