Thanks to a few late entries and holidays the count was delayed a bit. However here are the results

Single Charity was to give all the money to a single charity

Ranked Split was to have the money split in the following way
Most popular charity gets 50%
2nd place 25%
3 place 15%
4th place 5%
5th Place 5%

4 Way Split was to split the money evenly between the 4 most popular charities.

Other included, blowing it on a party and other forms of split.

The next step is for people to decide where they want the money to go.

You have 3 weeks to put your choices of charity.
Here are a few suggestions
1. Make a wish
2. Cancer research
3. Children in need
4. Christian aid
5. AIDS
6. Oxfam

Feel VERY free to suggest others.

All suggestions will go into a voting system, where every scoobynet member will have the chance to have a say. If you don't Vote you can have no complaint about where the money goes.

You have 3 weeks to put your choices below - Muppet replies will be removed!

I thought it was all going to kiddies, but for another random yet worthy charity I say the MS Society.

As I've said before, preferably something to do with children and/or roads, e.g. RoSPA or something.

My vote goes for some kids charities:

Children 1st/RSPCC - help traumatised victims and families of abused/neglected children.

Friends of the Special Nursery (Aberdeen based charity who help run the neo-natal/premature baby facility in Aberdeen, and who helped both my kids when they were born, both 6 weeks early!)

Children in Need - probably don't need to say much about this one.

Gt Ormond Street - probably one that everyone knows, and wouldn't object to.

Children first Cancer Second, not worried about the particular organisations.

Perhaps a donation for victims of 11/09/01 ?

MS Society and Headways (I think that is waht they are called. They help people recover from head injuries usually a result of car/bike accidents)

Kids for me too ... don't really have a preference for the organization. If it could be combined with road safety, even better.

Cystic Fibrosis, most common heredetery disease. 1 in 25 are carriers of the Gene, two people who are carriers have a 1 in 4 chance of having a kid with it.... as a mate of mine found out, a lot of us would bet on longer odds!!

Average life expectancy 31 years.
