Question will it ever be the same ???

I have an 06 STI and i had to swerve to avoid hitting this snowbird in my lane so i was on the right side of a 3 lane street and i turned to avoid her and i over corrected and went across 3 lanes and slammed into the curb. good news is that only minor body damage, all i need is a new fender and my bumper just needs repainted. but then i need two new wheels, front rotor, caliper, lower control arm, upper control arm, front strut, rear cross member, rear strut, front and rear knuckle, upper strut mount, front and rear axle and a few other suspension parts. And yes they are using all OEM Subaru parts Do you guys think the car will be the same when i get it back ??????

Yes as long as a decent mechanic does the job.

Should be absolutely fine providing the the chassis hasn't twisted in the collision.

I would suggest get the body structure checked out first then replace the damage parts. Hopefully the bodywork won't need straightening out.

Sorry to hear about that bit of bad luck, we all go through it at some point I imagine.

Welcome to SN by the way
