Waitrose Carpark

Alright, I've got the covers, tried to fit them, discovered I need brackets (or fitting kit), phoned the usual places and searched the forum but I cannot for the life of me find anywhere that will sell me just the brackets!

Does anyone know what they look like or where I can get a spare set?
