Default Cat D R Reg SUBARU IMPREZA UK Turbo

Hi guys, After having a drive of mine my mate is after a scooby now lol but the car he`s after is a Cat-D R Reg SUBARU IMPREZA UK Turbo with 97k on the clock, couple of mods, APEXI Induction Kit, Stainless Steel Exhaust, STi Front Spliter, STi V6 Rear Boot Spoiler, 18" OZ Superleggera Gold Alloy

The car looks great apart from the front scoop is mashed and bonnet needs a respray the gear stick **** comes off in your hand lol and a chip in the rear spoiler, the boot is also very damp, apart from these faults its a nice looking car the trader is asking for 3,995 so whats a cat-D worth in this state? will he be able to insure it ok? ive told him to walk away and get a striaght one but he likes this one

Many more nice examples out there for that price. DON'T buy a car with all those faults.
a) It shows that is hasn't been looked after, so god knows how long the engine/gearbox will last.
b) It will spoil the Impreza experience and put him off for good!

sounds like a total ****box to be honest. if the salesman sold you this he would be laughing all the way to the bank phella. you can buy a pretty much decent undamaged or abused classic on that plate for 4k, never mind a a leaking damaged one. the salesman obviously had his head so far up his own **** he obviously didnt realise he was selling the car for £3,995 not £39.95

dumb ****.

good luck any way and look round lots of scoobs before settling on one. trust me and others will vouch for this, buy with your head not your heart... i got stung and am now left with a crappy deisel and mucho kkk debt.

As everyone else has said above there are plenty of good examples for that money. That one is overpriced so I'm suprised the dealer can afford to be so choosy Get your mate to keep looking.
