Default where's my dump valve ?

simple question chaps, My car makes a mooing sound at about 3000rpm.I believe it's the dump valve but where is it.? The more I read the more I'm confused.
On a 97 turbo is it the large black plastic fitting under the drivers side of the intercooler with 2 larger diameter pipes and a much smaller one on the bottom OR is it fixed directly to the intercooler front edge ???

thanks

yeah mate its bolted to the front passenger side of the intercooler with a small pipe going to the front and a large pipe at the bottom going down under the manifold!
