I am thinking of buying the new sti 7 but don't know the differnce between the uk / euro / jap specs, all I know is their are two models a GL ( no front lsd ) and a full spec ( with front lsd ).
Do they all have the same brakes/suspension/6 speed box/same gear ratio's/interior etc YOU GET THE MESSAGE !

Please help as I want to order one soon, but need to make sure it's the right one!

All the STi's will come with LSD's check out www.subaru.co.uk for full spec on the car
The major difference will be the detuned engine of the euro spec car (bigger cat and more restrictive exhaust?) so a slight loss of torque and bhp (full decat system should sort that out )

Try a few searches on here

I saw something the other week which suggested that that Euro spec cars won't have the same HID lights as the Jap model - due to the fact that they are not self-levelling or that they don't have a good enough (jet)washing system for EU approval.

I am not an authority on this though...
