i have put up a couple of questions but no joy for a fitting guide or pointers

so can someone please tell me do i need to remove the front and rear lights when replacing my old 96 bumpers for the later spec ones?

and are there any clips hiding in places that are not clear to the eye

can help on rear bolts underneath in chassis rails bolted under wheel arch and inside wheel arch no need to touch lights on rear TRY A SEARCH IN TECH
