Video editing - number plate bluring/removal
Hi, trying to figure out how and what to use to blur out number plates on a little video. I have Adobe Encore and Cyberlink Power director Express.

Good question.
I've often wondered how it's done. Sorry I'm not much help however, on a purely selfish note, I'll watch your post to see the answer.

Adobe picture editor.Or try http://www.infranview.com Its a good picture tool and free.
