Is it the same old RS in a new bottle or have they changed the ingredients?

Edge Sport is the same oil as the old RS.

The Edge is brand new and better quality oil that's why it is more expensive.

The Edge Sport is a hydrocracked synthetic (mineral based) and the Edge is proper pao/ester man made synthetic.

It depends what you are doing with your car really. If the car is driven hard, tracked or highly modded then the Edge everytime as the quality is better.

Details and data sheets are here: http://www.opieoils.co.uk/performanc...s/castrol.aspx

Cheers
