Default SUPERCHIP YES OR NO?

anyone recomend a superchip or not,are they worth it or is a remap better.

Biased I am BUT the Superchip solution is pure risk, better do nothing than that to be honest.

think that'll be a resounding no then and from what i've been told you wanna stay well clear.

have heard it prvents the ecu seeing the boost level

Better off with oven chips than super chips, save yer cash up and go for the APEXi Power FC or the Ecutek re-map depending on year of car you have

Get a apexi power fc before 99 or a ecutek remap if your car is 99onwards

How can people give advice when the bloke hasn't even mentioned what year or model car he has

If it's an old Impreza with the ZX80 for an ECU, then yes Superchips is just a tarted up FCD.

However, later cars are a different ball game.

One who wants help, has to help themselves. And that would include posting their own vehicle details.

It's not as if every Impreza Subaru made over the past 15odd years is mechanically identical, now is it?
