To the "Shell V-Power Club"........ 
New card and info arrived this morning, same as optimax card except extra points for using V-Power, and extra rewards to boot.......

I thought that too, The letter says "We've upgraded your Shell Optimax membership to the new Exclusive V-Power club"
So I think if you have bought over 300 Ltrs a quarter you should be in....
