This thread is worth a good read. Total nightmare. Steer clear of Highway Insurance. I support the comments on this thread so it's right to be warning fellow Scooby owners:

Alot of people with Keith micheals will be with highway, there must be a reason for this as i had a claim with them and got alot more than my car was worth, after telling them to F off after there first offer

Agree with the above, definately more than meets the eye.

Might try to do some digging and see what the view of the insurance company is.

No confirmed info.

I could probably guess why they are refusing to pay out though.

I can't understand why his broker aren't doing more on his behalf. Definately something very very dodgy about it all.
