Default New 18" Alloys

Can i fit my new 18" alloys or should i get the geometry set up at the same time? I received my new wheels today and want to fit them asap. Bearing in mind i hardly cover any mileage at the minute. Will it hurt if i fit them and then get the geometry set up in a few weeks.

Any advice well appreciated.

Thanks
James

Changing the wheels is one of the few things that won't upset your geometry so fill yer boots.
