Default H&S Down Pipe/Centre with Blitz Backbox

Just fitted a Hayward and scott dowpipe (de-cat), Hayward and scott centre section with a Blitz back box (modified to suit) today ready to go into Power Station on Friday to be mapped. The pipe sounds great until about 4500rpm then a really nasty rasp comes in. Has anyone got a simular system? Do they also have a rasp on it? Will the rasp map out?

Am think about binning the system and fitting a Miltek.

HELP!

You don't think it might be the back box making that noise as it won't be the pipe work making a rasping sound.

Just out of interest, I have a standard downpipe and a magnex centre pipe. Would a nur spec R box fit straight on?
