Couple of options and you need to know the disc diameter to be 100%, options are as follows:-
Unipart
277mm Disc = GBD935 (discs)
260mm Disc = GBD934 (discs
Pads are the same supposedly? = GBP1081
ADL Blueprint parts
277mm Disc = ADS74313
Pads = ADS74208
They can check by reg / vin No, if it was me I would try ADL as they specalise in the supply of Jap spares and quality is usually very good.
