Default Clutch problem

Had a new clutch about 3 weeks ago . Took the car to the japshow and took it up the strip for 5 runs . After some moderate launches my clutch bite point now feels higher than it was when i had it changed. Have i knackered the clutch after just 5 launches or can it be adjusted as i have obviously worn it a bit. i have heard that they are self adjusting so does this mean its new clutch time already.

Thanks for your help .

James

So the clutch should be ok .It will just stay with the very high biting point.

Was your clutch ok Barnsey?

Thanks

well,to have a higher bite point you have worn it a bit, wether its worn beyond decent use is another matter, but for the bite point to change,it has worn a bit.

When I first had a new clutch the biting point was very low until it had bedded in. This got higher but not too high, clutch was ok.
