Hello scooby world!

Im lookin into buyin a wrx wagon hopefully in the next 2/3 months an was wondering what i should be looking out for im gunna be lookin at around £3000 so obviously not a mega quick one nor new as ya like.
Ipreviously had a vw mk3 golf vr6 tuned up to buggery and had to get rid of it as arr lass told me she was sprogged up, i swaped it for a very sensible (read: boring) x reg focus, and i got rid of it within a month it was poo! i now own a x reg passat 20valve turbo and after a few mods its puttin out about 160/170bhp.

Now im really itchin to get a fast car again an the subaru looks like the answer to it so any advice will be cool

Im enjoying a subaru forum recomending golfs an evos! looks like you lot arent the one side minded peeps that the VAG boys are, So what should i be looking FOR and AVOIDING in my serch for a wagon then? (wrx, sti, modified, standard, blah blah blah)

Oh aye any info on insurance groups would be nice, im only 26 y see!
