STi Ver. 2 RA specs?...
I generally just browse on here and post on NASIOC but figured this might be a better place to get these questions answered.
I was wondering if anyone had specs on the engine
redline?
combustion chamber or better yet piston dome volume?
what kind of power the internals are good for? (not of major concern)
I appreciate any help.
Thanks, Micah

The rev limit is 8250rpm on the STI due to different heads over the normal wrx. I think peak power is produced somewhere in the region of 6500-7000rpm though so there's not much benefit to be had from taking the standard car that high. As standard the engine should produce in the region of 276bhp.
A version 2 STI should have a closed deck block with forged sti pistons, version 3 STI's have open deck blocks.

I still need either piston volume or combustion chamber volume so that I can figure out what my CR would be...oh and its CR was/is 8.5:1
