Default oil sender adapter

Just bought 2 new gauges from a fellow SNet'er

Came with a oil temp sender adapter M18*1.5 to 1/8NPT

part LMA067 from http://www.lma-group.com/motorsport/...ing_parts.html

will this adapter fit a MY00 classic?

also where is the adapter for?!! worked out the blacked off pipe for the boost on a classic facelift (how easy is that!?!!) but even after reading other sites cant work out where oil temp sender fits.

That is the right adaptor, it's for the oil temp gauge, located under the boost hose from turbo to intercooler.

You can use either the OEM oil pressure take off (below the alternator) with the LMA 095/1/300 or replace the bung over number 3 cylinder with the above and replace bung with a threaded one.

Ring LMA they knew straight away what I wanted when I mentioned Subaru. They also delivered the next day for about £15
