hi all, just wondering if anyone has a picture of a z4 ecu.I was looking into buying a chip for it and was told that there should be a spare socket on my ecu for one to go straight on.So ive had a look and i cant see any were at all were one could go.Can anyone enlighten me on were the chip go.

I may be wrong but.... there should be an area on your ecu main board where a socket for a chip can be soldered in, they don't usually come with the socket in place. The sockets and associated daughterboard are quite hard to get hold of. Try finding a "scoobyecu" or similar
