Right hand side under steering column. little pull out keypad thing. Lots of numbers! What the hell is it. 02 sti PPP

well my little keypad on my classic is in my glovebox and its to manually disable the alarm..so guess yours is the same just in diff place?

Yep Manual Alarm key pad

You should have a 4 digit code with your vehicle doc's to enable you to reset alarm

Can also change the way the system works
e.g. set mine to automatically lock the doors when engine starts

This keypad actually launches the misiles out of the boot, so be careful
