wtf is wrong with my car

wtf is wrong with my car
i've had an idle prob for about 2 months it's been back to be fixed twice and still not sorted. runs fine when first start it up but after about 5 or so min of driving it will idle funny. revs jumping up and down between 1000 and 300 rpm.
It's had a new idle controle sensor and a new maf so i have no clue what else it could be. a mate (who drives a scoob) said it could be the warter temp sensor
. if anyone else has any clues it woulb be very helpfull thanks.
