one of the P1woc members had his old car stolen (he had just sold it) very recently. I have made him aware of this on P1woc. you have to register to join.

www.p1woc.co.uk

Hopefully the fella is a member on here though.

I can't give too much away in public. I need the owner to get in touch.

of course, apparently, the Police are pretty good in this type of situation

Let me see, must be something like "witholding valuable information", obstructing the course of justice"....

I'm sure there's others....

Why not just call them?

@ Bubba

The way the post initially read was a bit like knowing the bloke down the pub with a hold-all "oi, wanna buy some info about a P1 - no questions asked".......

Even if the owner was on here and they found the car with a the person in it - do you honestly think they would take the law into their own hands?

Even all the keyboard warriors on this site aren't THAT dense. You run the risk of either getting seriously hurt, OR knowing this country, YOU would get done for hurting someone.

If the police have been notified, let them and the insurance sort it out - after all that's what you pay your premiums for!

However, to re-focus on the intent behind the post, hope it all ends up with a P1 being returned to its rightful owner.

Great isn't it You try and help out and inform the police that you know who had this P1 and you get slated for your efforts. All I'm trying to do is help out the owner and let them know.
