the chaps got the v3 lights....other than that how else could one confirm that its a v3?

its on an N as well...i didnt think V3 was until P reg?

 

Ask for the model number off the VIN plate.

I've seen one other V3 on an N plate that I looked at a few weeks ago and I was a bit suspicious, as I always thought the V3s were only on P plates, but maybe a few snuck through on a late N plate...

 

he said to me GC8D4DD..so facelight MY97 - WRX RA STi3...

it worries me that hes got a Mines ECU thou...if the chap aint running Optimax with Octane Booster then theres food for thought!

 

i would be a bit suspicious every thing looks like the version 3 but i am sure the v3 was not introduced until september/october.Could have been the dvla making a mess of things

 

Of course the other alternative is that the car is really a P plate but was registered a few months early to avoid the expense of putting it through an SVA test (has to be done to cars 10 years old or less).

I know this does happen from time to time as it's an option that was offered to me by one of the large import companies

 

Someone on ebay is trying to sell a V3 as an MY2000 at the moment.
