Servicing before or after Brands
#1
My Scoob is sitting on 13200 miles at the mo, with at least 800 miles to be done before Brands.
Any views on wether I should get it serviced before or after Brands.
I was thinking after would be best, cos then it's got nice new oil etc for the winter which hasn't been thrashed around a track!
cheers,
greg

But then again to you want your car to be thrashed on old oil which won't offer as much protection as new stuff??
It might be an idea if you change the oil and filter yourself (shouldn't cost much, £10 for a filter and £30 for oil) then when it goes in for it's 15000 mile service you can pay £150 quid for the same job that took you 10 minutes but you get a nice little stamp in your service book?
