I've got a few scratches and paint chipped on my scooby,is it possible to get this professionally touched up by a bodyshop,rather than getting it fully resparayed?

Yes. Try chipsaway as a starter around £40 for a shallow 3" scratch or similar less for each other repair on same car same day as long as they're smaller than the first.
