just bought some mesh fog light covers for MY2000 wagon. came with no instructions! just wanted assistance! i presume i have to remove the relevant screw in the lamp housing to screw in the covers, with the long screw provided?

also they came with lots of little silver metal plates, are these to hold mesh to plastic surround?

 

i know it seems like a simple question but anyone help?
